Flowers nipped in the bud
There was a garden
Some called it 'Kashmir'
Others ' Garden of Eden' !
Plenty of flowers flourished
The gardner carefully nourished
The place shone with beauty
Colors sparkled in the air aplenty
Visitors came and enjoyed
The flowers felt overjoyed
One day, two visitors from opposite sides
Entered to claim the land of ' mines' !
They clashed with each other
And trampled many a budding flower
While they surrendered the place
To their big corporates with grace
Flowers yelled ' we want freedom' !
But their voices choked and were left to serfdom
