ANISHA YADAV - POEMS

Anisha Yadav completed her Masters in English from Bhopal school of social sciences. She got her four poems published in a quarterly journal literary herald and the poems were - “Journey in love”, “Timeless you and Timeless me”, “A new world awaits us” and “Getting back to life”. And a short story with Scarlet Leaf Review entitled – “ without any reason”.  She wants to travel Europe by train and share her poetical journey with people someday and to get her another  poetry book published soon. And her journey with scarlet leaf review has started .The story “without any reason” is in fact derived from incidents close to her personal life. It is not just a story but a lesson that one  should never need any reasons to love someone, love should always be unreasonable. 

No….time for love
​

​ A world here we live in
Walks so fast
And screams so loud
Here with every passing second,
Changes our heart
Neither the time is more
Nor it is less
But every time when,
We were to meet either
One of us were not there
Days are always passing,
And life’s moving ahead
Then where we are steady,
With life we move ahead
And change our love
Or may be here as well,
 A similar case Happens
As usual we curse the time
Oh, but tell me now
Since when time became faulty
Fault is ours who couldn’t manage the days
And later on claimed -No…..time for love.
Kill that time at once and
Let your heart rejoice on the turns.
Forget the world for a second
And let your heart live without any reason.

Little….more of life (for a daughter, a friend , mom etc)

​I saw -something more than me
A few more months to go
In final departures and
Our bachelor’s shall be over …
 
I found a lot around me -
A heart that,
Mourns to find love
A heart to dance lone,
In the midst of Strom
Or to sing aloud on a roof top
To have a library of their own
Or less of them
But still would love to know
The heart of a man.
 
To make things easily possible
Or to be wisely in love.
But every heart has a
Song of their own
And they dance on their own tunes.
Some love courage and valor
Some like to dream, some find a destination
Some remain still.
But here I shall make a request
Leave the hearts alone
And let them grow by their own
For they are all bulbuls caught in a cage.
 
Just give them a direction
And let them sing
On their own.
 
Then - they’ll flourish
Your unspoken desires….
To give others a new perspective
Give them, the tunes of their heart
So that they sing a song like
What they desire.
With this I realized,
 That there is still more to this life,
I’m yet to see more in this world…..
And yet to find a destination.
And those hearts – yet to fly high.
 

​In love with you forever

​“Knit in your arms and close to you
I see hope and no sorrow
For thine love now bounds me to roots
Behold me…….
For life is short.
We’ve passed years of fight
And now that life is short……
Let’s love eternally for this moment
Would never return…….
And leave impressions in our heart…..Forever.
We might change……
But love will remain forever ……”

​Love will find a way

​Going through a midst of crisis who knew
They would meet again
Opposite to each other yet so familiar
They carry love in hearts
Yet remain apart
No…. no it’s not their ego
Rather, they are just learning themselves
They hide their emotions in their pillows
So that they are safe;
Afraid to love and to be loved
This is not what they are,
Time has tore their ways apart
But passing through a wrangler trail
Who knew they would meet again.
And who knew this love
It sneaks from a corner before we know.
Life brought them together
On a question to hover
A journey they began to find some answers
Who cares for the end now?
As long as they live together
Now to answer your questions.
Who these “they” are?
“They”.....are no one else, but
Some like “you” and some like “me”
Some afraid to love
And some hide their feelings.
But trust me dear people
Life is so long and days are so short
With which a grief surrounds our heart
No more now ignore these feelings.
Run to the ones you love
Be it your mom, wife, sister or daughter
Or some other lady who made your days special
Or be it man with different roles
Like a friend, son, husband or brother
Before this wrangler trail ends
Just go and take a plunge
Who knows what might be in store
When I could find myself
In the midst of crisis
I’m sure all of you can
To end this note with a happy heart
I’ll say- “Love will find a way”.

A few notes on love ​

​“Your dreams now belong to me
And I was yours the moment you saw me
Now wherever the ways lead
We’ll be together …
For we realized love
Only when the worst had fallen on us.”
 
 “ To glare at you ….
And to be loved
To think about you
To fight until I surrender
Yet I want to love you not with moon and stars
But Across the night and with all my heart.”
 
 “ Today we stand together,
With passage of time
We moved closer
Credence  is still a matter to be discussed
But in your arms
I feel a kingdom of glee.”
 
 “ We’ll meet that day
The rose is yet a bud today
It’s still October and hay
When the wind would have fresh
Blooms of the day.”
 
 “…. and nights I’ve waited for so long…
we roll in each other’s arms
surrounded by procure and comfort
lost for so long.”
