  DANCING WITH THE DEVIL

Picture
DANCING WITH THE DEVIL---IS IT NECESSARY TO SELL YOUR SOUL.
TO RISE TO THE TOP---TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
DANCING WITH THE DEVIL---IF YOU LOSE DON’T COMPLAIN.
WHEN HE’S DONE WITH YOU---YOU’FEEL HIS PAIN.

DANCING WITH THE DEVIL---HAVE YOU EXHAUSTED ALL OTHER MEANS.
HE’S ALWAYS AVAILABLE---AWAITING TO FULFILL YOUR SCHEME’S AND DREAMS.
DANCING WITH THE DEVIL---HE’S CUNNING AND CLEVER.
ONCE HE HAS YOU---YOU’RE HIS FOREVER.

DANCING WITH THE DEVIL---WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY THE BILL.
STRIPPING YOU OF YOUR DIGNITY----YOUR DREAMS NEVER TO BE FULFILLED.
DANCING WITH THE DEVIL----HE HAS THE GIFT IF GAB.
HAS ONLY ONE THING IN MIND---WANTS TO SEE YOU ON A SLAB.

DANCING WITH THE DEVIL----HE WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE,
HE’LL NEVER BE DONE WITH YOU----LEAVING YOU FOREVER”SHOVELING SHIT”AGAINST THE TIDE.

I FOR ONE HAVE DANCED WITH HIM---AND WE HAVE MADE A DEAL.
      HE DON’T FUCK WITH ME.
AND I DON’T FUCK WITH HIM.

LIKE A WILTED ROSE

Picture
                                  Time Comes---Time Goes.
We Slowly Fade Away---Like A Wilted Rose.

Once There was Failure---Then There Was Fame.
Now Only Defeat---Always Coming Up Lame.

Fought All The Demons---Many Un full filled Schemes.
Lost Track Of The Future--- Searching For Long Lost Dreams.

Should Have Resisted--- Yet Always Looking For More.
Lost In The Shadows---Too Many Empty Doors.

Stood Up On Your First Date---Always Singing Off Key.
All Your Checks Have Bounced---Never Knowing What You Wanted To Be.

Now That It’s Time To Leave---And Have Not Achieved All The Goals.
Always Viewed Like A Forbidden Soul---Doomed To Fade Away Like A Wilted Rose.

PRETTY FLOWERS

Picture
                                                   My Oh MY.
                                        Look at the lovely flowers.
                                            Preparing to be sent.
                                      To reduce someone’s sorrow.

                                              Basking in the sun.
                                       Releasing s pleasant aroma.
                                         So many to choose  from.
                                          In many fields of clover.

                                               Colors so bright.
                                            They ignite the nite.
                                          Awaiting to be picked.
                                          When the time is right.

                                              Many await them.
Others only dream they will come.
                                              Once they arrive.
You may be the chosen one.

                                     Purple, pink, blue and yellow.
                                                  All in a row.
                                  Proclaiming that  they be picked.
                                        To harvest what you sow.

                                              Thoughts of joy.
                                         And celebrating love.
                                           Once they blossom.
They resemble a precious blessing from above.

                                       To that special someone.
                                          To show that you care.
                                          A bouquet of flowers.
                                       Will make someone’s day.

MENTAL POLLUTION

Picture
    DRIFTING ALONE,THROUGH CLOUDS OF DISSENTION
SEARCHING AND LOOKING FOR TOTAL REDEMPTION.

OVERFLOWING WITH RAGE, AND FULL OF SUSPICION.
YOU’RE SEEKING RELIEF, AND FULL OF CONTRITION.

SPIRITS ABLAZE, DUE TO RUPTURED EMOTIONS.
TOTAL DISREGARD, YOU’RE VOID OF DEVOTION.

UNCONTROLLABLE RAGE, YOU SEARCH FOR A SOLUTION.
YOU CONTAMINATE YOUR LIFE, WITH YOUR MENTAL POLLUTION.

CONDEMNED TO YOUR DESIRES, FOR A SIMPLE INFATUATION.
YOU RESPOND TO YOUR NEEDS, WITH SELF MANIPULATION.

ALWAYS ANGRY AND SEEKING TOTAL DOMINATION.
EAGER TO REFORM, YOU PROPOSE A TOTAL RECONCILIATION.

IMPOTENT RESPONSES, LEAVE YOU FULL OF VILE ANTICIPATION.
THE INABILITY TO REFORM,LEAVES YOU WITH FREQUENT FRUSTRATIONS.

YOU’RE CAUGHT IN A VOID, CONDEMNED TO CONSTANT PROCRASTINATION.
INCAPABLE OF ENJOYING THE FRUITS OF A FORBIDDEN SENSATION.

IT’S TIME TO CONVERT, AND RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR MENTAL CONSTIPATION.
TO RESOLVE YOUR INHIBITIONS, AND ALLOW YOU TO ACCEPT A TOTAL RECLASSIFICATION.

TO SEEK A SANCTUARY, THAT IS VOID OF EXPLOITATION.
TO PRESERVE YOUR FUTURE AND DELAY YOUR FINAL EXTERMINATION.

SWEET BIRD OF SADNESS

Picture
FLY AWAY SWEET BIRD OF SADNESS.
RETURN TO ME WITH CLOUDS OF GLADNESS.

FILL MY HEART WITH ENDLESS LOVE.
SENT TO ME BY FLOCKS OF DOVES.

THE SOFT TOUCH OF HER GENTLE EMBRACE.
BRINGS AN ETERNAL SMILE UPON MY FACE.

THE JOY WE SHARED, WILLENDURE FOREVER.
THE THOUGHT OF LOSING HER, I HOPE WILL BE NEVER.

THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WAS CONFUSED.
NOT KNOWING ABOUT LOVE, I STAND ACCUSED.

THE TRUE MEANING IS ONE OF TRUE AFFECTION AND  DEVOTION.
LEAVES YOUR HEART IN A STATE OF CONSTANT COMMOTION.

SO FLY AWAY SWEET BIRD OF SADNESS.
RETURN TO ME, ONLY CLOUDS OF GLADNESS.

   AT PEACE

Picture
DEEP INSIDE MY ANGUISHED DOME.
MY THOUGHTS RUN WILD, & MY EMOTIONS ROAM.

THERE IS A DANGEROUS DESIRE TO ACHIVE GREAT THINGS.
BUT MY HEART IS SOMEPLACE ELSE, & MY MIND CAN’T SING.

IT IS WITH THESE THOUGHTS THAT I HAVE LONG ENDURED.
A FASCINATION, TO BE SIMPLE AND PURE.

TO BE SOMEONE, AND NOT LIKE HIM.
TIME IS SHORT, AND THE LITES ARE BEGINNING TO DIM.

I RAN THE RACE , BUT ALWAYS CAME UP LAME.
I FOUGHT THE DEMONS, I’LL ACCEPT THE BLAME.

ALTHOUGH I MAY NOT HAVE LIKED THE CARDS I WAS DEALT.
MY CONSCIOUS IS CLEAR, AND I’M AT PEACE WITH MY SELF.
