![]() Linda Woolven is a painter and poet. Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries across Toronto, Muskoka and St Catherines. Utilizing thick textures that are suggestive of reality without being abstract or literal, her oil paintings reveal her love for the land and for the character she finds in old buildings. The poems have appeared in Journals like, Dana Literary Society, Amethyst Review, Write On, Sepia Poetry Magazine, New Mirage Quarterly, The Kaleidocope Review, Canadian Writer's Journal, Pink Chameleon and Fullosia Press. One of her poems received an award from Dana Literary Society. She has also published two chapbooks: one was called "Life's Little Lessons" and featured 26 poems.
