Dear Readers and Authors,

I have been trying to find someone to help me with the format of the review for almost a month and a half, but I couldn't find anyone.

I am not allowed to use my right hand, so it has been impossible for me to prepare the April issue and it will also be impossible to prepare the May issue before the end of the first week in June.

Therefore, I will have April, May, and June issues live during the first week of July.

I am very sorry for the delay. All my projects have been postponed for the time being. The doctor warned me that I would lose full functionality of my hand if I don't do that.

Scarlet Leaf ipwill always be among the most celebrated and well designed publication of all tim These were published three laptops ago.. Each data transfer did not move all files as unfortunately the tech helping me did not use my entire timeline if material began posting on AllPoetry.com and am fortunate my administrator Kevin discoverd my work was plaigiarised. he said my poem titled Paper Tiger Thought He Was 10 Feet Tall ll ' was my work it did sound familiar as one I bundled to you with Red Dragons Fighting Tin Soldiers through my recovered correspondence I learned Man on .Moon Mountain and other poem some on Asian Mysticism themes first appeared in May 2020 from that correspondence I learned the March issue of Scarlet Leaf was to include more poems. Could you check your records to please send me copies of issues I appeared in 2019 and 2020.ziI would be so grateful So far two of my novels have been plagiarized one anthology I published as the owner if Stevan Publishingb merely had cover changed and received a grant
