Born 1983 in Utica NY. Briefly attended ARP in 2001. Since then I've lived in various states across the country. I've been writing poetry since my early teens and recently had 3 chapbooks published with claresongbirds publishing. My aspiration is to leave a positive legacy through my art. HERShe came in in lights I was drawn to her madness I told her I liked her but I lied She rode the wind and danced in fire She was Daphne and I her Apollo We were warriors of a wild wonder and I told her I liked her but I knew That like the snow in cold December the rain in birth of spring or like Oden or Romeo like Icarus Pericles Gilgamesh Just as Lear and Achilles and Bellerophon before me I fell like the leaves of autumn I fell into her like rain POEMThere is a man with bone through nose sword and knife arrows and bows skeleton face of bone and blood a man of terror war paint and mud straw haired priest he's donning skulls surrounded by kinsmen he strikes fear in all Whether on high in love or hate I have a man with ancient traits with fiery aura hellish frenzy he beats a rhythm never ending on drum of skin of vanquished foe he beats his rhythm wherever I go Only once have I seen him through a wild haze I knew he had been there through all of my days At morning sun or in nights embrace I feel his presence in any space In dawn of treachery in times of low there's a man behind me this I know ODE TO MY HOMETOWNEmpty, shallow, nothing, damn kiss my ass you greedy pigs covered in shit reeking of hate I love but in hate I live Hotel rooms and airplanes take me to that familiar place In asteroid skies the crimson tides running through a dreamers mind Instead there's infest rat poison candy bars golden brown murder Take it all in my friend my witness to the end Likely to be the advocate of death the bearer of poison lust Dead to the touch blind to the truth and ignorant youths The smell of trash mongers fill the air Tension So bow your heads to these headstones burials and lipstick blowjobs Bow your head for me For I am trapped with no escape A child scared Yet without a care I wander these lonely streets another animal 135 more pounds of prey PULPI am the pulp
She is the prize Marvel of majesty before my eyes Intertwined A starry gaze always befalling this fuzzy haze I know not of lover's sin Unaware where to begin Visions of lust an unending agony Our story unfolds- And when the darkness dawns we lovers will long for fires deadly passion In bird song we will go on to life's unwieldy bastion
